Course Maps:

  • Run Course … 3.1 miles.
  • Bike Course … 16.5K  (new bike course – all riders must obey rules of the road / course is open)
  • Swim Course … The swim will be held in the Rio Grande Pool – heated to 80 degrees.  There are 8 lanes total in the pool.  In order to complete the 400 m swim, each participant will have to swim one length up the pool and back in the same lane.  So a total of 2 lengths per lane, for a total of 16 lengths in a 8 lane pool.
